The full sauna experience, for those who already own MIO.

Time: 14:00 – 15:00 (sauna session 14:00 – 15:00, then time to change)

Location: Treehouse Sauna, Liffeyvale Nurseries, Osberstown, Naas, Co.Kildare, W91F2N0 

Your ticket is digital. Full MIO Experience guests will be contacted after purchase to arrange their swimwear piece.

Good to know

• Towels: please bring two towels — one to sit on inside the sauna and one for drying off afterward.
• Hydration: MIO provides a bottle of water per person, and there's a water fountain on site for refills. Feel free to bring your own reusable bottle too.
• Arrival: please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Two dressing rooms are available, so coming changed or ready to change quickly helps you make the most of your time.
• Timing: the sauna session runs 14:00 – 14:50, with a 5-minute reminder at 14:45. From 14:50 you'll have about 5 minutes in the dressing rooms before the session ends.
